KC Community Church is a new church coming to the Kansas City area. Our goal is to build, not a community that meets in a church, but a church that meets in community. We invite you to join our community as we reach KC for Christ.

Our pastors
Adam & Nicole Suntrup
Adam and Nicole were both born and raised in St. Louis, MO. They met in the local church, fell in love and were married in 2013. Passionate about reaching the next generation, they jumped into full-time ministry by serving as youth pastors in Florida for the past seven years. During that season, God gifted them three beautiful children: Joanna, Lydia and Wesley. God began moving their hearts to plant a church and led them to the Kansas City area in 2024. They are driven to see others come to know Christ personally and make meaningful and lasting connections with one another.

1. Pray
We believe our enemy wants churches to close, not open. We have experienced opposition already. Please pray for God’s protection, provision and grace to hold on to His promise for the work ahead.

We ask you to prayerfully consider helping us advance God’s Kingdom in Kansas City through your financial support. We believe that as we invest, lives will be changed.

Where will KCC be located?
We are looking at different locations, but it will likely be in the Independence area.
When will KCC begin Sunday worship?
Lord willing, our current goal is to launch Sunday morning worship in Fall 2025. In the meantime, we invite you to join us at one of our connection events or weekly small group settings. Click here to find out more.
Is KCC part of a denomination or network?

How can I support KCC financially?
